Proprietary license
Chronologix is licensed, not sold. The license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and applies whether the lawful release is supplied without charge or through a paid offer. Copyright and all ungranted rights remain reserved by Viorel Porumbescu.
You may not redistribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, host for third-party use, modify, create derivative works from, or circumvent protections in Chronologix except where applicable law expressly permits it. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
Clean-room implementation
Chronologix is an independently implemented clean-room product. Reference code, names, icons, bundle identities, and trade dress are not distributed in the application or site.
Third-party software
Third-party components keep their own licenses. Chronologix 1.0 embeds Sparkle 2.9.4 under its permissive license. See Acknowledgements for the release notice boundary.
